So M. de Villepin (DdV) has apologized to M. Francois Hollande ("boy friend" of Sego Royal(e)) for calling him a coward in Parliament. This oh-so-hurtful insult caused many socialist MPs to try and get at DdV, only being blocked by the ushers (huissiers) from, presumably, beating him up.
This disgraceful behaviour, not even seen in Britain's pitiful House of Commons, is widely accepted as a reasonable response to one wrong word.
But, after all, c'est la rue qui gouverne.
Interesting to see what happens in 2007, with a probable left government, including communists. (If le Front National are unacceptable, why are the "cocos" perfectly acceptable ("salonfaehig, as the Germans say)?)
Prediction - c'est la rue qui va gouverner.
